Health Tips in Season Changing Period

  开学一周了,在孩子们努力适应新环境时,一些季节交替的疾病也正在蠢蠢欲动。近来华兰营养保健中心发现家长朋友存在一些不适宜的幼儿护理方式,特此温馨提示,提前做好预防。

  Our children are making efforts to adapt to the newenvironment for a week now while some seasonal diseases are likely to come tous. Hopeland 

Nutrition and Health Care Center has found recently that someparents might use inappropriate methods in childcare, hereby we provide thesewarm 

tips for you to prevent your child from catching disease.

    1.保持体内水分平衡

    秋高气爽,华兰国际建议宝宝们多喝白开水,多吃富含水分的水果,各种菜汤也是华兰为宝宝们补充水分的重要手段。

    1. Keep the water balance in child's body 

    Hopeland International suggests to let yourchild drink water as much as possible and eat more water-rich fruits, all kindsof vegetable soup 

is also an important means to replenish water in body.

    2.少吃“上火”食物

    华兰为宝宝准备的营养餐为清淡、易消化食物,拒绝刺激性食物,偏咸的食品,热量过高的油炸食品和一些热性水果。

    2. Eat less food that cause toomuch internal heat 

    Hopeland prepares nutrition food that is mild intaste and easy to digest. Food that is stimulating, salty or containing toomuch energy such 

as fried food and some special fruits are not included.

    3.呵护宝宝皮肤

    华兰在给宝宝擦拭或洗脸时选用柔软的毛巾,轻轻擦洗。随着气温的变化,老师会随时给宝宝增减衣服,请您在家也随时调节。

    3. Taking care of child's skin

    Hopeland chooses soft towel to wipe or washchildren's face and hands. As the temperature changes, our teachers will add ortake off children's 

clothes, please do so at home as well.

    4.预防腹泻

    入秋后是轮状病毒性腹泻的发病高峰期,华兰国际幼稚园牢牢把住“入口关”,注意宝宝饮食卫生,不吃生冷食品,定期给玩具和食具煮沸消毒,请家长尽量少带幼儿去公共场所玩。

   5.营养调理

   华兰对于宝宝的营养调理,关键在于多吃牛奶、豆制品、鱼、肉等高蛋白饮食,多补充玉米、全麦面包、小米、黑米等五谷杂粮,以防秋季便秘。荤素搭配,粗细搭配,做到平衡饮食,有效减少秋季发病。

   5. Pay attention to nutritionbalance

   Hopeland pays much attention on balancing ourchildren's nutrition input. The key is to provide much high protein diet suchas milk, bean products, fish and meat. Complement more corn, whole wheat bread,millet, black rice and other grain to prevent constipation in autumn. 

Eatingbalanced diet can effectively reduce diseases in the fall.
