Susan(新加坡籍)
Susan is the principal of Hopeland International Kindergarten. She received her education in Singapore, where she was born. Her early career years with a leading MNC publishing firm provided her with opportunities to work with major publishers around the world. The exposure also put her in touch with a number of elementary and preschool educators. It was her mentor's lifelong teaching career and constant guidance that inspired her to begin a career in early childhood. Having worked with preschoolers for almost a decade now, Susan finds gratification watching the children grow and develop, and in making a difference in their early childhood years.
鄂学清 集团园长
毕业于天津师范大学学前教育专业，本科学历，从事幼儿园教学及管理工作27年。她所撰写的科研论文“儿童自卑心理的观察研究”获第四届新世纪杯教育教学论文评选一等奖，同时被认定为区级教育教学科研成果。多次策划并组织对外园所大型活动，获得各界一致好评！
高敏 梅江园园长
As both English major from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and preschool education major, Kimmie has been working for 20 years in the preschool education field. In 2008 and 2011, she won the prize of “Advanced Teacher”.
陈蕊 海逸园园长
毕业于天津师范大学学前教育专业，自2005年3月至今在华兰从事教学及管理工作20年，擅长双语教学。在工作中，曾多次获得“区级优秀教师”、“优秀班主任”、“优秀教师”、“华兰十佳”、“华兰标兵”等荣誉称号。
刘冲 水上园教学园长
毕业于北京教育学院幼儿艺术教育专业，具备丰富的幼教教学经验、班级管理经验以及家长工作经验。擅长策划、组织并主持幼儿园的各项大型活动。善于分析幼儿的行为特点，有效的解决并引导幼儿间的矛盾冲突并分析发展情况。
